Here is a selection of my art work. I started drawing during the 2019 general election campaign. After a long day in the campaign office, I was mentally and physically exhausted. Reading was out of the question. So, I picked a movie to watch before bedtime and started doodling with a black ballpoint pen. I had not drawn since high school and had forgotten all about technique, perspective, and shading. I drew dinosaurs and demons for months. Eventually, friends started to get a bit concerned and kept giving me colored pencils. I resisted at first. Everything I did in color looked to me as if a kindergartener had drawn it. Nowadays, I work with anything available. Pencils, oil pencils, acrylics, oil, ink, but also household color on felt tiles, rocks, glass splinters, thread and needle, jute, wrapping paper, tin foil, denim, etc.
